Carrot Cake

A dessert consisting of a topping made of soft, fresh cheese on a base made from biscuit, pastry or sponge cake. The topping is frequently sweetened with sugar and flavored or topped with fruit, nuts, fruit flavored drizzle and/or chocolate.

This classic French fruit tart has a sweet pastry crust that is filled with a rich cream and topped with seasonal fresh fruit.

Milk custard with mild rosewater flavour topped with pistachios and coconut.
